What type of data do we process? In order to process your order, to communicate materials for marketing purposes, you agree to entrust us with the minimum necessary personal data such as: e-mail address, first and last name, address, phone number. Please DO NOT provide us with any personal data other than what is strictly necessary for the purpose stated in this policy.

What is the purpose and legal basis of the processing?

Personal data provided with your consent will be collected and processed by us for one of the following purposes:

  • to fulfil your order;
  • to improve our goods and services;
  • to comply with various legal provisions;
  • to respect and defend our legal rights.
  • to send you material for marketing purposes (e.g. information on products developed, offers, other information in connection with the supply of our products, etc. – if you have opted for this);

The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of your consent expressed when placing the order or expressly for the purpose of sending advertising material (Art. 6 para. (1) lit. (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Who has access to your data?

Personal data submitted by you is processed by our company. In order to fulfil orders your data may be transmitted to courier service providers, payment/banking service providers or marketing service providers. Your data will also be passed on to accounting service providers in order to fulfil legal duties with regard to accounting documents. Where we are under a legal obligation or if necessary to protect a legitimate interest, we may also disclose certain personal data to public authorities. We ensure that access to your data by third parties who are private legal entities is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions on data protection and confidentiality of information, on the basis of contracts concluded with them. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or processed outside the EU. How long is your data stored? The personal data provided by you will be processed for the duration of our contractual relationship/subscription to the newsletter, and if legal provisions oblige us to keep the data for a certain period of time, for the duration of this period (e.g. accounting records are kept according to the accounting law for a period of 10 years). If personal data is no longer necessary for us to comply with our contractual obligations or legal provisions, this data will be deleted periodically.

What are your rights?

As a data subject, under certain conditions, you have the following rights:

  • The right of access to data – in accordance with Article 15 GDPR you have the right to obtain from us a confirmation of the processing of personal data concerning you, as well as the right of access to that data; you may also obtain a copy of the personal data provided to us and which are subject to processing; If you submit your request in electronic format and unless you request another format, the information will be provided to you in a commonly used electronic format;

for any other copies requested by you, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs;

  • the right to rectification – you have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified and the right to have incomplete personal data completed;
    the right to erasure of data – you have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay, and we are obliged to erase such data when:
    • (i) personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
    • (ii) you withdraw your consent on the basis of which the processing takes place and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
    • (iii) you object to the processing and there are no legitimate grounds for objecting to the processing;
    • (iv) personal data have been unlawfully processed;
    • (v) personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on us under Union or Romanian law;
  • right to object – you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data, including the creation of profiles on the basis of such provisions;
  • the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling;
    the right to lodge a complaint under Article 77 GDPR with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
  • the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out by us on the basis of your consent prior to the withdrawal of your consent.
